Hi! I'm Soumya ,currently in my final year of B.Tech(Elec. Engg.) at IIT-Madras.Right now my main aim is to bell the CAT to get into IIM & if possible have a go at IELTS for an MBA from Australia.US is nowhere in my dictionary.My fields of interest are optics,magnetoelectrostatics,programming,linux. The only reason why I wanna do a management course is that I believe that no ENGINEER in India gets what he deserves,hence MANGEMENT is your only ladder to progress to top.I also have a lot of interest in history,calligraphy,movies and astronomy .For recreation I play soccer,hockey,cricket and PC games.

I'm basically a Bengalli, but I was brought up in Hyderabad,hence a better term would be pseudo-bengalli.I have been in Chennai for last three years in pursuit of my bachelor's degree.I can speak English,Hindi,Bengalli,Telugu and to some extent a little bit of Tamil.
